He-Official

With its contemporary yet relaxed style He-Official is definitely one of my favourite finds. I stumbled across this website when in search for a chunky knit jumper, and He definitely delivered. Their knitwear offers a selection of jumpers including their roll neck and cardi-style knits which are definitely worth a browse. Most of their garms comprise of soft pastel colours such as light browns and creams, though there are the odd pieces which have a splash of colour if you’re feeling adventurous. While their knitwear is a particular favourite of mine, they also have an array of tops/bottoms, coats, dresses and accessories – the teddy coats of which are ones to look out for, especially during the winter months. He’s style is most similar to clothing brands TOAST and Olive Clothing – simple yet beautiful, but at a cheaper price. Prices range from around £15-£55 which may seem a bit pricey for students, but there are always discounts arising on their Instagram page – so go give them a follow.

Sophie Antonia Scott (SAS) Clothing

All things velvet. SAS clothing is an East London clothing company, established in 2016 which is particularly known for its handmade velvet flares. They come in a range of colours such as navy, black, grey and red as well as textures like snakeskin, leopard print and check board. I recently brought their black tassel flares which are both quirky and super comfy and definitely worth a browse. The designer Sophie states she has carefully created the flares so that they give the most flattering shape, and what’s more, they come in lengths ranging from 28”-34” – great for us shorter girls.

And if you’re feeling a cheeky bandeau to match your flares then you’re in luck as SAS offers matching bandeaus ranging from £10-22 as well as a range of headbands – which all us Exetah girls love.

Moreover, with their manufacturing team based in England, custom orders are available if you want something a little more personalised.
