They could face prosecution if they disobey their quarantine

This outbreak comes at a time when measles is at a 25 year high in the US which many put down to the anti-vaxxer movement and the misinformation surrounding vaccinations.

President Trump has recently encouraged people to get their kids vaccinated and the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention has been encouraging parents to get their children vaccinated.

The quarantine will end on Tuesday at UCLA and on Thursday at California State University.
